  5. Understanding Metabolism, 
  6. Importance of Exercise, 
  7. Heart Health, 
  8. Healthy Breakfast, 
  9. Importance of Water, etc. 

Each week, participants will be cared for by a personal Coach, get free body scan health checks, nutrition , wellness education and group support!
